THE SUMMIT CLIMB – Chamonix
Thank you for your support of Yellowball Foundation. The team returned from its Summit Climb in 2016 having raised over £10,000 for the charity. This has provided a solid platform for the Yellowball Foundation Programme to achieve its ambition of developing the scheme in the months and years ahead. Your personal contribution will allow more young children that really need your support, to participate in activity programmes, as well as Fit For Sport Clubs and Camps, gaining essential social and physical skills and building confidence to reach their potential.
How To Help Yellowball Foundation
Dean Horridge and Fit For Sport have been engaging and educating children through physical activity for over 25 years and, in recent years, have proudly been providing financial assistance for children to join activity programmes. To celebrate Fit For Sport’s initiative, Dean, former students, employees and partners, will be climbing to the top of Mont Brevent, to inspire achievable and sustainable fitness, highlight healthy lifestyles and raise awareness for Fit For Sport’s charity – Yellowball Foundation.
Yellowball Foundation was founded in 2007 to provide bursaries for healthy active programmes to those least able to afford them. Fit For Sport donates c.£100,000 of services to the charity, with an ongoing commitment to match-fund every £1 raised by Yellowball Foundation Trustees and supporters.
